B DOES NYC

I always have a blast when I come back to NYC. I love the city, love my friends, love the shopping, love the food and I think you pretty much get where I’m going..  😉

On my last visit, I was on a special mission to closely examine a few brands I had huge Instagram crushes on (and aren’t available in Tel Aviv, unfortunately), and I think you can safely say my crush morphed into true love! My first shopping destination was Chelsea Market (after grabbing a drink at a busy bar where I once barely survived a single shift, during my first days in NYC), where I had to check out every single one of Pamela Barsky‘s ridiculously awesome pouches. Wow, wow, wow! I must have stood there staring for about 10 minutes (I’m quite impatient so that’s LONG) till I picked out my 2 faves – 1 for me and one for my gorgeous sister – my partner in crime for the first half of the trip.

Visited a few favorite spots in my old hood: I used to love sipping brunch cocktails at Sullivan Bistro, stuffing my face with sushi at Tomoe – which is definitely my favorite Sushi spot in the city, drinking delicious sangrias while listening to sweet reggae tunes (you may not have guessed that I’m a huge reggae fan  😉  ) at Miss Lily’s and I also enjoyed discovering a new fun spot not far from there – Jack’s Wife Freda.

To make a long story short: It was perfect. If it wasn’t so damn cold and if I didn’t miss my guy so much – I’m sure I would’ve come up with an excuse to extend my stay. I’m already itching to go back! But seriously, can you blame me?  😉

In love with Reformation

But stiff back or stiff knees you stand straight at… Tiffany’s (SoHo)  :-P
